1. About this site
genaitelco.com is published by MTN Consulting, LLC ("MTNC"), an Arizona limited liability company. It publishes MTN Consulting's telecom workforce data and research, including the Telco Workforce Monitor dashboard, as an interactive product. MTN Consulting is the source of record for the underlying data and methodology; see mtn-c.com for the firm's other research.
2. Ownership
MTNC owns all right, title, and interest in the data, text, design, and software on this site, except third-party content used with permission. Any derivative works, improvements, or modifications made by a user to this data belong to MTNC.
3. Prohibited use
Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or use of this site's content, including for AI training, machine learning, or data mining, is strictly prohibited. This applies to every visitor, registered or not, and to every tier of the site's products.
4. Free tier
The Telco Workforce Monitor dashboard's free tier requires registration with a name and email address. Registration is for the registrant's own reference. Data from the free tier is not for resale, republication, or bulk redistribution.
5. Paid tier
A paid subscription or report purchase is licensed for use by the registrant's own site, department, or division only. Posting the data or an export to a company-wide intranet, shared drive, or other system accessible beyond that site, department, or division is not permitted. A subscriber will not reproduce, compile, disclose, publish, display, distribute, transmit, or make available any portion of the data for the purpose of selling or licensing it, on a stand-alone basis or otherwise, and will not use it to build, train, or supply a competing product or service, including an AI or machine-learning model.
6. Attribution
Quoting, abstracting, or citing any portion of this site's data or research requires attribution naming the specific product or report and "MTN Consulting" or "MTN Consulting, LLC" as source. No more than 5% of the underlying dataset or report may be included in any one quote or abstract.
7. Disclaimer
Data and analysis on this site are provided "as is," for informational purposes only, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Projected market and financial information, conclusions, and other content on this site are not definitive forecasts or valuations. They reflect probability and likelihood based on the data and methods available to MTNC, and are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Any decision made using this site's data or analysis, including a lending, investment, purchase, or disposition decision, is made solely by the user, at the user's own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of liability
Neither MTNC nor its affiliates are liable for damages arising from reliance on or use of this site or its data. Any use of this site is strictly at the user's own risk.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of this site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Gilbert, Arizona, under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, before a single arbitrator. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
MTNC may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
