1. Who is responsible

MTN Consulting, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, publishes genaitelco.com. Questions go to matt@mtn-c.com.

2. What the site collects

• Dashboard registration. A first name, last name and email address, which the registration form sends to MTN Consulting's server.
• Contact form. The name, email address, optional organization and message that the visitor types.
• Licensed seats. The name and email address typed on the claim page. For each seat we also record when the dashboard opens, how long it stays open and the network addresses it opens from. We use these records to apply the license terms.
• Payments. Stripe hosts the payment page. MTN Consulting receives the order details, and never sees card numbers.
• Visit counts. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and sets cookies in the visitor's browser. Google processes that data under its own terms. A browser setting or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on stops the counting.
• Server logs. Our web host, DreamHost, keeps standard server logs of network address, time, page requested and browser.
• Browser storage. After registration, the dashboard stores two items in the visitor's browser, so the form does not appear again. One records that the visitor registered. The other holds the name, email address and time the visitor entered.

3. How we use it

We use it to give access, answer messages, apply the license terms, count visits, and contact registrants about the Telco Workforce Monitor and related MTN Consulting research.

4. Sharing

MTN Consulting does not sell personal data. Stripe, Google, Substack and DreamHost handle data on our behalf or under their own terms, as described above.
